Behavioral Technical

After a simple online application, I was contacted by a recruiter. They were communicative and set up a phone interview, followed by several onsite interviews requiring travel, all within a few weeks. The hiring manager was nice, and the team members I met were also friendly, smart, and motivated. We had good conversations, I saw the office, and they seemed interested in my background. Then, TA/HR contacted me about salary and benefits, saying I was a finalist and would hear back in a few days. It's been months, and I haven't heard anything despite following up. I got ghosted.
