It was a pretty simple process. First, an HR screen, then the hiring manager, followed by some future colleagues. They asked competency-based questions and then there was a presentation. There were specific scenario-based queries about enterprise cloud data platforms. They gave us context before we started answering the questions during the presentation part.

I had 2 phone interviews that were each an hour long. The whole process took about 3 weeks, which I thought was kind of slow, but they're a big company so I guess it takes time to get through everyone. They have a lot of new openings, so there's a job for pretty much anyone there, no matter your skills.
