It starts with a phone call to check your background and skills to see if you're a good match. If they like you, you'll get called in for an on-site interview. This interview is pretty long, about 3 hours. You'll be meeting with 3-4 people who will figure out where you fit best. Make sure to drink water, it's a long one. Be ready to talk clearly about your experience and give direct answers to technical questions.
