I reached out to a recruiter directly via email because I wasn't getting responses to my online applications. After that, I got an interview. The interview itself was pretty easy and lasted about an hour. They mostly asked behavioral questions.
- Tell me about a situation where a teammate wasn't being cooperative on a project and how you dealt with it.
Product Engineer Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward, focusing on fundamental engineering concepts and my understanding of materials science and selection. There were two interview rounds: the first was a phone screening with HR, and the second involved a conversation with three engineers and the senior engineering manager. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.
- Tell me about your dream car and the reasons behind your choice.
Engineering Intern
First there was a group interview and then they couldn't even send an email to say we hadn't passed the process, even though they told us they would let us know either way.
- Who do we live with?
- What do we study?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
