It was a pretty standard interview process. First, I interviewed with the manager and some team members. Then, I had an interview with the Director. Everything went smoothly. There was one technical interview and two behavioral interviews.

They called me up for an onsite interview initially. It was pretty casual and lasted about 15 minutes. After that, a week later, they called again and asked me to schedule another face-to-face interview, which was technical. Then I interviewed with the company president. I asked about their decision timeline, and they said within a week. However, I didn't hear back for a month. I emailed them after a week with no response, then emailed again, and they said a decision hadn't been made. After waiting a month without hearing back, I emailed a few more times, and they finally informed me that I didn't get the job.

Behavioral Technical

I found out about Alliant at a university career fair and then applied for the NOC Engineer job. The first interview was with an HR person and a technical person. I gave them my resume and they asked me basic stuff like my graduation date, if I was a team leader, and about my projects. About two weeks after that, I got an email inviting me for an on-site interview. The on-site was a total of 4 rounds, each about 40-45 minutes long. Three of those rounds were with HR and one was technical.

Technical Behavioral

There were 4 interview rounds, where I met different people from the team and management. However, there was a scheduling conflict, and I had to wait for 30 minutes. I tried to follow up multiple times, but they didn't get back to me. I received one response indicating they were still interviewing and hadn't decided, but after that, I heard nothing even after weeks of follow-up.
