We had a call interview, then a project. They asked me to tell them about a project I was proud of, and then I did another project for competitive analysis. They asked me to tell them about a project I was proud of, and then I did another project for competitive analysis.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process included an initial HR chat, followed by two interviews with the specific business unit I applied to. There was also a written test, similar to a consulting case, and then a final HR interview to wrap things up. While the interviewers were great, the whole thing took a surprisingly long time.

Group Presentation

So the first round was a leaderless group discussion. Most candidates, like myself, got into this round straight after CV screening because we were from top Chinese universities, so it was quite clear that many of us were good at group discussions. The task was to come up with suggestions for product improvement. We discussed for about 40 minutes, and then one person had to summarize. From what I heard, only 3 out of 9 people passed this stage.
