The interview process was going great at first, they were quick to respond. I had an initial screening call, then did an assessment, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a last round interview. All of this happened in about two weeks. But after that final round, they kept saying I'd hear back by the end of the week for three or four weeks straight. After the third time they told me that, I decided to take another job offer without even waiting for their decision. It seemed really disorganized and not professional. While I was waiting, I also saw some really bad reviews on Glassdoor about how employees are treated there, which made me feel uneasy.

The interview process was pretty mediocre overall. The HR team was great and always answered questions, but the whole thing took over 6 months. The assignment was easy enough, and they said they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview, just weren't sure when. I waited patiently, then the day finally came. I met with two different managers. The first manager was pretty arrogant. He talked a lot about his background, accomplishments, and how he got his manager title. He only asked me 4 questions and kept interrupting me to brag about himself. He didn't seem interested in getting to know me or why I'd be a good fit. He also repeatedly mentioned that you HAVE to put in the hours to succeed or you WILL get fired. The second manager was much better and seemed to care about my interest in the role. No complaints about her! About a week later, I got a very low offer of 45k, which is standard for this role. The pay would be okay with a good work-life balance, but for 60-70 hour weeks, it's basically minimum wage. I counter-offered, but they wouldn't budge. In all, I highly recommend checking out the reviews for Tempus. They have so much potential and the investors to be a great place. I don't get why they don't offer fair wages.
