Although I was qualified for the instructor position, HR did not pass my resume to the department, and I heard nothing back. About six months later, I noticed the job was still posted. I then emailed the program director and was invited to interview. The director had to contact HR and insist that they send my resume. I was 'hired' before they finally did. The director said this was a common issue.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview process was conversational, collegial, and enjoyable, with no trick questions.
