The interview process spanned about 2 months and consisted of 5 distinct stages, which I found to be both challenging and engaging. It began with an HR interview, followed by a technical assessment, then a technical interview, then an inline pair programming session, and concluded with a cultural fit interview. All interactions with the interviewers were pleasant.

First, there was an HR meeting. Then, I did a 20-30 minute online coding challenge. After that, there were two code reviews: one was 1 hour for a Basic C# project with 2 engineers, and the other was 1 hour for an ASP.Net API project with 1 engineer. Next, I had a 1-hour culture fit interview with a director and a manager. Finally, I talked with the CEO for 30 minutes. Even though I passed all the steps, HR said they over-hired and wouldn't be hiring me. She mentioned adding me on LinkedIn for future roles, but I never got any invites. It felt unprofessional and like a waste of time, especially with the false promises at the end.

I applied online and had an initial call with HR. Unfortunately, I received a rejection email about a week later, stating my technical level wasn't a match. This seemed odd since I didn't go through any technical questions or tests. The position was still open, so I asked for feedback, but never got any. Overall, a very impersonal process.
