Software Engineer
I interviewed with 7 people. It was mostly professional, but a few interviewers were too theoretical and seemed to have big egos. None of them seemed very enthusiastic about the company.
- Can you explain the step-by-step network design for different protocols?
- Please write out a full Ethernet frame on the whiteboard.
- Please write out a full MPLS frame on the whiteboard.
Senior Software Engineer
It was a few rounds of interviews. There was a pretty long wait between the first and second rounds, which turned out to be due to a management change. All the interviewers were really proactive and involved, which made for a good experience overall.
- Can you design networking software?

It was a two-stage process. First, I had a general discussion with two managers, and they did a basic check for programming. Then, in the second stage, I was sent to do a standard psychological test.
- Were there any questions about work experience, considering I was a recent graduate?
