Intern
The interview process at teletrac is pretty chill but still professional, they want you to be comfy while checking out your skills and how you'd fit the team. It's a friendly vibe where they're all about talking openly and working together. The team really cares about hearing about your actual experiences and if your skills match up with what they're trying to do. They keep things professional, but they want you to feel like you can be yourself, so the chat feels natural and not stressful.
- Could you define dependency injection and elaborate on its meaning?
Lead Sourcer
Had 3 interviews for a pretty standard and junior role. The first was with HR, which somehow dragged on for an hour and involved some intrusive and irrelevant questions. The second was with the reporting manager and another HR person (who didn't add much to the conversation). The third was with the senior hiring manager and a sales representative. I ended up asking the questions and guiding the direction of the 45-minute interview, but it felt like they had forgotten what role they were actually hiring for... not impressed.

Account Executive
The Regional Sales Manager reached out to me for a 1-on-1 chat at a local cafe. It was pretty relaxed and informal. He talked about the company and its product. Then, he asked me about my goals, why I was looking for a new job, and my past experiences and what I've achieved. The second part involved a common scenario in appointments where we had to figure out how to save time, money, and fuel, presenting the specific amounts and percentages based on a given situation. It required some basic math skills and was timed. It was a bit more involved but manageable for anyone with basic math. We were there for about 45 minutes, and I was told a decision would be made the next day. I actually got the offer the following week.
- How adept are you at dealing with rejection?
Systems Support Engineer
It was a long and tedious interview process with 3 rounds: an HR interview, an individual interview with the manager, and a panel interview with 3 people. Some technical questions were asked, but surprisingly no logic flow questions, which I think are essential for a Support role. A lot of time was dedicated to discussing work-life balance expectations, which felt like they were checking if I was willing to sacrifice my personal life for the job. Overall, it wasn't difficult or overly technical, and the right questions weren't asked. The worst part was receiving a 'NO' at the end after investing hours, with absolutely no explanation. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional. We're all busy, and a brief clarification shouldn't take much time. In the end, it didn't matter much because the job seemed to require giving up your life and family for a never-ending 'Navaman support life style.' No thanks! And no thanks to rude and unprofessional people either!
