Customer Service Representative
It was a good interview, mostly behavioral questions. The main thing is to be aware of the questions asked. It felt like there were 3 rounds, starting with a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and finally an onsite interview.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
Customer Service Representative
First there was a call to screen me, then I had a group interview and got accepted. Then there was 2 weeks of training about the company products, followed by 2 weeks of on-site training where I was buddied with seniors. After that, I started working, with basic pay only for the training months.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- How proficient are you in English?
- What does customer service mean to you?
Customer Service Representative
Started with an online assessment to be completed in 20 minutes, followed by a group interview conducted by the HR manager. The first questions were about introducing yourself and why you are interested in this role, along with product knowledge questions about TM, modems, and routers.
- Could you start by introducing yourself in English?
- What motivates your interest in this particular role?
