The interview process was standard. There were some technical questions and questions about the technologies I use, since they work with multiple languages and have many projects. They also asked if I had experience with CI Azure and Docker.

It starts with a general 'tell me about yourself'. Then they ask about your projects and experiments. After that, you'll face both logical and professional questions. The logical ones include some regular coin flipping and game theory questions. The professional ones involve problem-solving.

An agency first reached out and screened me. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager and two technical team members. This was the most important part, where they checked if I met their expectations. Although there wasn't a coding test (which I think is a flaw for this role), they asked a lot of questions about the patterns and frameworks I've used, the reasons for their use, and my past projects. Despite being interviewed by three people, the process felt relaxed and pleasant. The final stage was a 1-hour international video call in English or Spanish with a Spanish developer. This part involved more technical questions, like asking about specific methods to solve problems in certain technologies, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of different techs, and how to handle certain use cases. I was nervous, but it went well.
