The process was quite odd. I received an email with a link to a website called 'the wise seeker' for aptitude and general knowledge tests. These tests weren't really focused on the specific role I applied for, and the website itself had a lot of technical issues. Even if you're being considered for a high-level position, it can take months to hear back, and sometimes they close the application process without any updates.

Applied online and was sent links to complete some tests which were impossible. One test was only 5 minutes long and had 50 questions to answer, even though the answers were true false or couldn't tell it took a long time because each question linked to a different tab, and there were six tabs, some with text and some with graphs. Another test involved going through about 100 emails and marking their importance before forwarding them to the right people. In total there were around 6 tests. The next step was a recorded video interview, which I didn't like because you had a question on the screen and then you just spoke to yourself, so it didn't put me in the right mindset for an interview.

Ich habe meine Online-Bewerbung abgeschickt und zwei Tage danach hat mich der Leiter des Bereichs, für den ich mich beworben habe, angerufen. Wir haben uns dann auf einen Termin für ein Treffen geeinigt und sie haben die Kosten für meine Zugfahrt übernommen. Dann hatte ich ein Vorstellungsgespräch mit dem jetzigen Praktikanten und zwei Managern, das ungefähr eine Stunde ging. Einer der Manager hat sich nur auf die Fakten in meinem Lebenslauf bezogen (mein Studium, meine vorherigen Erfahrungen usw.) und Fragen gestellt. Der andere Manager hat mir schwierige Fallsituationen gegeben, und ich musste beschreiben, wie ich wahrscheinlich darauf reagieren würde. Danach haben wir über Arbeitszeiten und Gehalt gesprochen, und sie meinten, sie würden sich in den nächsten Tagen bei mir melden. Zwei Tage später hat mich derselbe Manager angerufen und mir die Zusage gegeben. Super Umgebung, super Leute, super Erfahrung!
