We started by submitting our CVs. Then, about 20 recent graduates were gathered in a boardroom. We were given case activities to solve in teams, and at the end, we presented our results. Throughout this, a committee of psychologists and recruiters observed us.

Incredible company to work for. The work environment is great. The company culture is not geared towards rapid progression, but it offers excellent work-life balance. I'd suggest it if you're not intensely ambitious.

The HR professionalism really needs improvement, it was a bad experience: they started the interview 2 hours late because their internal meeting ran over, and they didn't communicate the delay. They asked standard HR questions. The atmosphere was nice though. The worst part was the lack of communication afterwards, no feedback at all. Even a simple yes/no on next steps wasn't answered, which is bad practice considering the positive and open atmosphere during the interview. They don't seem to value the applicant's time.
