So the interview wasn't too hard. They didn't ask any technical questions, mostly just went over my resume. They asked for more details about the technologies and programming languages I've used. What made this a bad experience was how disorganized and unprofessional they were. I interviewed around February/March and never heard back. I followed up, and they said they were still deciding. Two months went by. They said they'd get back to me again, and another month passed with no word. Really unprofessional.

I applied through their website and then a recruiter called me to set up a phone interview for the next week. The following week, I had a 30-minute phone interview with a senior engineer. We discussed my background and projects, and they asked me some general software development questions and a few basic technical terms. The day after the call, the recruiter contacted me again to schedule the on-site interview.

So first I talked to the hiring manager and their supervisor. It was a pretty standard interview where they asked me about my school work, previous work experiences and some logic questions. Then I met with the software engineer director. Lastly, I had an interview with the HR recruiter. The HR person contacted me a few days later with an offer letter.
