I had a recruiter call where I was asked about my past experiences and how I can contribute to the company. Some questions covered my strengths and weaknesses and if I had any questions for the recruiter.

I saw the job opening online. After some back and forth via email and phone with people I knew at the company, I got an invite for an onsite interview. The onsite was pretty laid-back, with one-on-one chats with four people I'd be working closely with, plus someone from HR. They had me fill out an employment application asking for my salary history and what I expect to make right at the beginning. The hiring manager and HR asked pretty standard questions. The folks who would be my coworkers asked about my tech knowledge. We then toured the plant and went to lunch. I got an offer about a week after.

It was a pretty simple interview process. Started with a phone interview and then moved on to an in-person interview where I met with different people on the team. No tough questions were asked.
