It was an intensive interview. The face-to-face interview was ongoing. You might expect the interviewer to ask about some work experience questions. Also, you may need to go through a listening test, typing test, and writing test for the company's review.

First, they said they needed to check me more to see what account I'd be good for. They asked a bunch of questions, starting with a general one about me, then a situational one, then about my knowledge of the account, and finally about me and the company. The interviewer talked too fast, and I felt they were a bit closed off. I started off poorly and couldn't recover for the next questions. It felt like it didn't flow naturally like a conversation. They didn't ask follow-up questions. I mostly felt like I wasn't going to get the job. After the interview, I got feedback that my grammar was criticized for having too many fillers. Maybe that was the only skill they were looking at, and other qualities would be checked later. They also had a presentation part.

The process took a really long time. They gave me an assessment that was 2 hours long. The first interview was with other candidates together. I'm still waiting for the second round interview. The final interview was a WeChat voice call! After all that, there was no discussion about compensation and benefits, everything is still to be confirmed.
