apply online, then screening interview. After that, an offer is made, followed by a background check, and then you sign the offer. You will onboard and attend orientation where HR will brief everything. There are 2 rounds of interviews, a salary proposal, and approval by the director. There is a face-to-face interview. You will also need to fill up an application form.

Digital Marketing Specialist
They were very unprofessional when hiring. I applied for a role in KL, Malaysia, and went through all the interviews and submitted the requested documents, which were fine. My references were also fine. They told me to wait until mid-July for the next training session, so I waited for about a month and a half since I applied in May. After a month of waiting, they called to say they couldn't hire me. I was willing to wait because I wanted to relocate to KL and had turned down other job offers and interview opportunities in my home country. Now I have to start looking for a job again, which is very irresponsible of them!
- How familiar are you with Google Ads?
- Can you describe your sales call skills?
Community Operations Specialist
I thought Teledirect would be professional, maybe I was wrong. The HR coordinator was two times late to schedule the interview remotely. I don't care much about the timing, but I was asked if I was ready for a permanent overseas position. I was shocked?! No short term contract, no probation contract and you want me to jump straight to a permanent position in a lonely country. Who would risk that? I politely said no. The HR guy only said 'Thank you for your time' and left me hanging. Crappy interview process with two delays and an unprofessional attitude. Not recommended.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Customer Service Advocate
There are 2 interviews in total. The first one is a phone interview with HR, who was very helpful. The second interview is a video call via Google Hangouts with the trainer and a senior team member. They were polite but made their decision known quickly without being discreet. They don't offer flexibility for interview timing, seeming to prioritize hiring quickly over accommodating current work schedules. HR only provided the interview outcome the next day when asked, even though they initially said results would be available the same evening.
- Can you describe your previous employer and the reasons for your departure?
