I interviewed for a project management job, and my education and experience were above what they required. However, they offered me a much lower position. It seems like this is a standard Telaid scam. Fortunately, I had read reviews on sites like Reddit about how they offer low and will never increase salary or role.

The interview process was quite awkward. While the interviewers were pleasant, after more than 45 minutes, I was told I wasn't a good fit for the role. They suggested that with my experience, I'd be better suited for a project coordinator position and wouldn't be happy with the pay. It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me. My suggestion for Telaid management is to revise your job descriptions. Phrases like 'Are you a project coordinator or project manager by training... Start in any level of our PMO and advance as fast as your skills prove you are ready' make the role sound accessible to all experience levels, which isn't the case. My recommendation to future applicants is to look into their turnover rate. The PM and PC positions are posted every month, which should be a red flag.
