Manager
A Teladoc recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up phone interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. The recruiter was responsive at this stage. My first interview was with the hiring manager, who seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my resume. Some questions felt condescending, and the manager didn't respond to follow-up questions or seem engaged. Despite this, I had another phone interview that went well and was engaging. After that, the recruiter went silent for about three weeks, then briefly explained that the hiring manager didn't feel a 'connection,' which was understandable given their disinterest. It was disappointing that the interviews were only phone calls, especially for a company known for video conferencing.
- What are your plans for your master's degree?
Manager
I applied through a referral and immediately got a call. The interview process was really good. I got a call from HR asking general HR questions. Then I had an interview with my manger and it was a very interactive call. I got an assignment (excel) to complete and was given week to do so. After that I had 2 more calls with other team mates. After that I got the offer! It took almost a month and half from the interview start date to receiving the final offer.
- How would you handle a difficult conversation with a sales representative?
Implementation Manager
It started with an HR screening call, followed by a panel interview and presentation with three interviewers. Next, I met with the HR manager. Then there was a final interview with a Director.
- How would you handle a situation with conflicting priorities
