Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Teladoc Health.
Administrative
The interview process usually starts with a quick phone call from a recruiter who asks basic questions about your experience and salary expectations. After that, there is typically a technical interview where they test your skills or ask scenario-based questions. Next, you meet with the hiring manager to talk more in depth about your background and how you work in different situations. Sometimes there is also a panel interview with team members. If everything goes well, the company does reference checks and then sends a job offer.
- Can you tell me about your administrative experience?
Executive Assistant
I was contacted by the in-house recruiter. There were lots of reschedules, but I spoke with 3 HR people and 2 other people from the company. I also had to do 2 assessments and submit 2 writing samples. Then, before speaking to a final HR person, the recruiter emailed me multiple times saying it was urgent. I gave them lots of times I was free, but they sent a meeting invite for late evening when I wasn't available. They eventually called to say I wasn't a good fit. I asked why, but didn't get an answer.
- Can you explain your process for scheduling recurring meetings?
Administrative Assistant
The interview will be conducted entirely via text messages on Fleep. You will be presented with a question and asked to respond with a 300-400 word essay. It's important to read all instructions carefully before answering.
- Could you please state your typing speed?
- What makes you the best candidate for this position?
