It was a long and thorough process. I met with the whole team, from Field Application Engineers to sales management. I also had to do a mock demo sales call. Then there was a background check, driving history check, and drug test. They really focused on my technical knowledge, business acumen, and sales process.

It was a really professional interview process. First, I had a phone interview with the inside sales manager. Then, another phone interview with the outside sales manager. After that, they flew me in for a visit which included an on-site panel interview with different people from the team. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had, and I particularly liked talking with team members from various departments.

The interview process was only focused on recent sales experience. The phone screen wasn't very in-depth, and I was hoping for more job specifics. The HR rep didn't seem very knowledgeable about the job I was applying for; more information next time would be helpful. I hope they use this feedback to improve their interview process.
