Technician
Great, open communication and goal-oriented. Great exchange and honest answers. Using examples, it's very well explained to me within what timeframe one has advancement opportunities, regardless of degree and professional experience. One can always further educate oneself in areas where one sees oneself to strengthen one's strengths.

Program Manager
First, I had an initial virtual interview with the hiring team, which was unexpected since it wasn't HR. Then, I had a virtual interview with HR, which went well. After that, I interviewed with the Director of the department, and that also went well. The next step was a 3-4 hour onsite interview session, which also went well. I sent a follow-up email but didn't hear back, though that's not unusual. After four weeks of silence, I reached out to HR, and they said they'd look into it and get back to me. Two weeks later, I followed up again, and they apologized, saying it slipped through the cracks and they had decided to go with another candidate. Everyone involved was very nice, although the HR person's follow-up was not great.
- How would you deal with an employee who is resistant to a new process change and isn't adopting it? What approach would you take with that employee?
Financial Analyst
They interviewed me for 3 jobs all at once, so it was quite long. 3 interviews consisting of the following: - 2 interviewers - behavioral questions - technical questions - time for me to ask questions pretty standard interview for each one. The only thing different was that it was 3 in a row but it was surprisingly structured and each one was exactly 40 minutes.

I think there's something strange going on with Tektronix. This job has been available pretty much constantly for over 2.5 years. I actually interviewed like, ages ago, and met with 11 different people (yeah, you heard that right!). Some interviews were during regular work hours, and one was even after hours over dinner at a hotel restaurant nearby (which felt awkward, so I let friends know where I was, just in case). After all 11 interviews, they totally ghosted me. I tried calling and emailing multiple times – the recruiter, the hiring manager, everyone. No response. Oh, and my gender came up a bunch of times during the interviews. I got asked a question like, “Okay, I’m taking the boxing gloves off for a second. How do we know you can stand up for yourself working with a team of developers dudes?” Even though I've managed dev teams before and already proved in earlier interviews with this same person that I led a team and got great results. Like, what kind of question is that, and would they have asked it if I wasn’t a woman? That’s just one example of the inappropriate, gender-based questions I got. So unprofessional, rude, and just gross.
