The team lead reached out on LinkedIn and we had a 25-minute phone call. Mostly they talked up the role and company, checking in to see if I was interested and if I had questions. After that, I sent my resume and got an invite for an in-person interview. The interview was 1 hr 15 mins with the team lead and another team member. The next day, I was invited for a half-day, 2.5-hour session to meet the team. It started with a general meeting, then a one-on-one with a team member about the meeting and my background, then another one-on-one with a different team member who did a mock cold call with me and gave feedback. Then a more casual one-on-one with a third team member about KPIs and rewards. Finally, a meeting with the sales manager to wrap up, emphasizing it's a sales role.

There were several steps involved. The first was a screening call with someone from internal recruiting. The second step was meeting with leaders from the office or the team. The third step was an on-site shadow. The second round was the most intense, but it was really focused on assessing sales mindset.

The interview process started with a one-on-one phone screening. Then, I had a second interview with two recruiters from the team. The third interview was an in-person meeting. There were four rounds in total, but I didn't move forward after the third interview.
