& Process

I had an in-office interview with 2 BMs and DBO. The interviewers, especially Rohan, were great and professional, which really showed the good culture and made a good impression. There were 3 rounds of simple interviews. The office and ambience were really good and neat. The recruiter was professional and responsive. The onboarding process was smooth and the HRs were cooperative. The whole process took about 3 weeks, which is understandable but could have been faster.

I went through 2 rounds with TEKsystems Japan: 1st one with HR & the 2nd one with Manager. The manager didn't show up on my 2nd interview & they had to reschedule it for me right on the spot. Then during the 2nd interview, this person was extremely rude, unprofessional & created such an uncomfortable environment. A lot of their questions were not relevant & showed a lack of engagement. Overall, it was the worst interview I've had. I am glad that they did show what I really got myself into in order to never encounter them for the rest of my life ^^.

I want to give some quick feedback about the campus interview process at TEKsystems – Allegis Services (India) Private Limited, Commerce@Mantri, Bangalore. They shortlisted and interviewed about 20 candidates over two days. 5 people got selected on day 1, but it felt like day 2 interviews weren't given the same attention. If they had already decided who to hire, it would have been better to just finish earlier to be more upfront. The interview structure also wasn't very clear and actually changed during the process because interviewers weren't available. My interview was about 45 minutes, but there was no formal follow-up or clear word on the final decision. Having a clearer structure and communicating outcomes on time would really make the campus recruitment experience better.
