So after the first phone screen, I had like 3 interviews total, one was on video and then two were in person. The first one, the video one, they really went deep into my experience, like if I could handle the job duties and what I was looking for in the future. That was the hardest part, but pretty standard stuff. Then the second interview was in person and way more chill, just seeing if I'd fit in with the team. Right after that, I had another in-person chat with the person I'd be working with directly, mostly for them to explain their daily tasks and for me to ask questions. They were nice and professional overall, but they were really intense about references, like calling them a bunch, asking me to follow up a bunch, and generally being disorganized. The only other weird thing was when one of the interviewers mentioned they didn't feel like they belonged until 3 years in and that the job made them cry a lot, even saying 'I was even crying this morning' with a nervous laugh, and they were in the same role.

The interview process included two phone interviews, a virtual interview, and an in-person shadow day where I met other employees. While the people were nice, I do not recommend applying here because they have you come in to shadow/chat with other employees who are actually applying to the job you are interviewing them with for. Even worse, they will take you all the way through the interview process just to ghost you after and not even let you know when you can expect to hear back or receive an offer. My tip for them is to treat their interview candidates with more decency and respect in the future.

About 5 days after applying online, I got a call from the recruiters. A friend also referred me. The recruiters were really nice and easy to talk to. They asked me some basic questions about my personality and behavior, and also told me about the company's current situation and the type of people they are looking for.
