Trainee Consultant
We recruit through campus placements. The process starts with an aptitude test that includes mathematical and programming questions. After that, there are two technical interview rounds, one managerial round, and they also give puzzles to solve to assess problem-solving abilities.

Consultant
After the written test, there were two more rounds. The first was a technical round where they asked about my strengths/weaknesses, my projects, and other skills on my resume. The HR also asked some technical questions, mainly about DBMS.
- Questions about keys and joins in DBMS were asked.
- Puzzles that required developing logic to find answers were also asked during the technical round.
Lead Consultant
It was 2 technical rounds then a 1 hr round and then the CEO round. They wanted good technical skills and strong knowledge in process and communication. Also needed good knowledge in projects and process.
