& Process

So the whole process started with a phone screening that lasted about 30 minutes. The person who interviewed me had just started working there. They asked me a bunch of questions about my resume and some general behavioral ones. Then, at the end, they threw a case study at me for the last 5-7 minutes, which I tackled from a consultant's point of view. Later on, I got an email saying I didn't make it, but they didn't give any real explanation.

I recently interviewed with Teklink and thought it went well, I was selected for the MR round and submitted all necessary documents before the HR round. After that, I didn't get any communication, and later the HR called to schedule the Final round. It was disappointing because, without even having an HR round, they rejected me with nonsensical reasons, saying I was rejected in the MR round without an interview. I am very disappointed with Teklink and HR, especially since I had rejected another offer hoping to be selected here.

they called for the interview then and asked me to come for the 2nd round the same day, when I reached they asked me to wait so I waited after an hour HR asked me to leave for the day and said Sir isn't picking up the call he will take your interview tomorrow, nest day I reached on time for the interview but the Project manager was on leave, so he took my interview on skype the same day at their office, which went well. HR said you will be contacted for the nest round which they never did.

I had an initial chat with a TekLink recruiter. It was mostly behavioral, with some questions about how I approach working with clients and other developers. They also gave me a good overview of what the first few months at TekLink would be like. I turned down the offer because the travel requirement didn't align with my post-college plans.
