The interview process included an initial phone screening with HR, followed by an in-person interview that involved a case study and whiteboarding on the same day. Finally, there was an interview with the Design Manager. I noticed a lack of coordination between the HR team and the interviewers, and the timings for the different rounds weren't consistently maintained. Also, the results of each stage weren't communicated promptly.

I applied for the Product Designer job and got a call from the recruiter the next day. She said I was shortlisted and told me about Tekion and the role. First, I had a 45-minute call with a Sr. Designer. Then, I got a design task with a 3-day deadline. After submitting the task, I had 3 more rounds via Zoom, all based on the task. Two days later, the recruiter called to offer me the Product Designer position. The recruitment team made the process smooth and transparent. The recruiter checked in after each interview for feedback and gave me updates, keeping me informed. The whole process took about 10 days. Everyone at Tekion was kind and professional, making me feel comfortable. I'm now proud to be part of Tekion.
