The interview process consist three rounds. The first round was the aptitude test with 20 questions and it was easy. The second round were the technical interview which was also easy. Then the final part was resume by discussion where questions were ask based on my resume.

So the interview process involved a few stages. First, resume shortlisting. Then, Technical Round 1 focused on Frontend Basics, followed by a Live Coding or Machine Test. After that, Technical Round 2 delved into Project details and Advanced React concepts. We also had a Managerial / Team Fit Round, and finally, an HR Final Round to discuss the offer.

The interview process included a recruiter call and a technical screen. During the technical screen, we discussed SDLC concepts, including tasks in the Coding phase like writing code, following standards, unit testing, using Git, code review, and debugging. We also covered CMM maturity levels (Initial, Repeatable, Defined, Managed, Optimizing) and the scope of a project, which defines boundaries, deliverables, features, and timeline, with an example of a voice-based prescription system scope. Finally, there was an opportunity to ask questions about potential projects, company support for certifications, and current team technologies.

So first, you'll apply online with your resume and stuff. Then, a recruiter or hiring manager will look at your application to see if you're a good fit. After that, you might have a quick phone or video chat with them to talk about your experience and why you want the job. If it's a technical role, they might give you some coding challenges or a case study to test your skills. Then, if you make it through, you'll come in for on-site interviews with the team, which could be technical, behavioral, or a panel discussion. Sometimes, there are more interviews, maybe with higher-ups or other teams. They'll also check your references. If all goes well, you'll get an offer, and you can negotiate the terms. Before they finalize everything, they'll do a background check. Finally, once you accept, you'll start the onboarding process with paperwork and training.
