I had to chase the recruiter a bunch to move forward. Then I got passed to a different recruiter I'd never spoken to before. The interviews were pretty chill but also kinda weird. Anyway, I got to the final round which was a day and a half long.

This was a really long interview process for a job that doesn't even pay that well. It started with a call with the recruiter, then I had to do two assessments. After that, I met with the hiring manager. They spent a lot of time trying to sell me on the company, its transparency, and its culture, all while mentioning they recently fired people for not fitting the culture. Then came two one-on-one meetings with the sales directors. They seemed more interested in criticizing my work history and making me uncomfortable than assessing my sales skills. The last part was a role-play where I had to choose a brand and go through the whole sales cycle, from discovery to closing. They were really condescending during this, criticizing me for not knowing things about their internal process that I couldn't possibly know without having worked there. After another week, I got a generic rejection email. The whole thing took about two months and was a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this company.

It was pretty great, honestly. They didn't ask any of those boring, standard questions. The whole thing felt like it was tailored to me and what I'd bring to the sales team and the company. Usually, companies just look at your resume, but with Teikametrics, they really wanted to get to know the real me. I felt super empowered after each chat. It was intense though, so not for the easily discouraged. Questions came fast and from everywhere. I think they did that to see how I handled pressure.
