I had a phone interview first, then a group/panel interview. The phone interview was pretty basic, just a couple of 'describe a time' questions. After that, we had a group interview where we had a casual chat about my past experience and they asked some more 'describe a time when' questions. Then there was a drug test and they checked my references.
