It was a pretty standard interview process. They had a phone screening for the first round, then another one with the managers for the second round. I had a bad experience though because the HR rep told me it would be a PHONE screening, so I didn't dress up. When I joined the MS Teams call, everyone had their video on and I was shocked. I think this might have led to me not getting the position.

We started with a phone pre-screening, and then I got a Teams invite for an online interview scheduled for two days later. The interview itself was professional and focused mainly on behavioral questions using the STAR method. I received an offer about four weeks after the interview.
