We have a tech assessment online, the recruiter will send you the link to HackerRank and you will have 45 minutes to finish it. Then, there's a self-recorded video interview where you answer basic questions while recording yourself. After that, we'll have an MS Teams Interview, and then a final decision.

You submit an application, then there's a phone screen to check basic fit. The first interview is about skills and culture. If needed, there's a technical assessment.
