The hiring process involved multiple steps. It began with an HR screening, followed by two more interviews. The first was with the hiring leads, and the second was with the lead's supervisor, after which an offer was made. However, the HR department was quite slow in responding, and it took several months for the offer to actually arrive, even though I was told it was on its way.

The interview started with introductions, then I got an overview of the company and the position. After that, there was a set of questions that they had prepared, followed by some time for me to ask questions. The interviewer did ask questions but they were not too strict or specific. The topics covered included how I would act in work situations, my strengths and weaknesses, and things I am generally interested in.
