The interview at TTI was pretty standard. I applied and then had a call with a recruiter. They asked about my background, why I wanted the job, and how I keep myself organized and motivated in sales. It felt more like a chat, and they cared about my personality, how well I communicate, and if I could be trained. I also talked about my internships and how they got me ready for a busy, results-driven job. It was all about behavioral stuff, not really technical skills.

I spoke with two managers, and then a divisional manager. It was a pretty standard interview. They called me for a second interview, but I passed on the offer. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, first there's a quick call that's about 30-45 mins, and then you gotta wait a whole week to see if you even get to the main interviews. There are 5 interviews in total. After the first round, they send your answers to a Recruiter, which is kinda weird since they weren't the ones who interviewed you. As a Recruiter, 5 rounds sounds like a lot and you might lose good candidates because of it, especially since people are often interviewing elsewhere and don't have time for a long waiting game, especially for the salary offered.
