I was approached at a job fair, and the interview went really well, the interviewers were very nice. They asked me about myself and my future goals. There were 2 interviewers. They told me that if I passed to the next step, I'd be notified in about a week about 2 more interviews with higher-up people.

I found out about their internship program through Handshake. I emailed their hiring manager and set up a phone call. It lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly pleasantries and scheduling an official in-person interview the next day. This interview was inside a Panera Bread and we discussed job specifics and I was asked 6-7 questions. Then there was a second video call set up with a panel of 3 TTI associates, this interview was around an hour long.

After meeting a recruiter at a university job fair, I was invited to sign up for the interview. I signed up via email for a time slot, and then met the recruiter at a coffee shop. The interview was short and unimpressive, with the recruiter asking generic questions like 'tell me one time you overcame a challenge, and the steps you took to overcome it.' The questions lacked depth and didn't help me feel like I wanted to work there.
