After applying, I got an interview request about a week later. Weirdly, we skipped the usual recruiter call and went straight into a first-round virtual interview with someone from talent. They really hammered home how high-stress the role would be and that it would need some overtime; honestly, the pay range is pretty low considering the job description. I thought the interview went well, but then I was totally ghosted. I followed up, and still nothing. It sounds like this is a common thing based on other reviews.

The interview started with a 20-minute introductory call where the interviewer wanted to understand my background and relevant experience. It was a chance to learn more about Techstars and the role, what I'm looking for, and how my skills could meet the team's needs. It felt like a quick speed-dating interview to check off boxes and see if I could move forward.

The whole process was remote. First, there was a 30-minute call with the program manager. Then, there were 3-4 interviews with previous associates. Finally, a recap call with the PM before a decision was made. The program scales up before the beginning and scales down at the end of each program.
