Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Techolution.
UX Designer
The interview was scheduled for one hour. The initial 30–40 minutes focused on exploring my design background, while the remaining 15–20 minutes involved a quick live assignment where I demonstrated my Figma skills.
- Can you discuss your previous design work?
- Show me your Figma skills live.
UX Designer Intern
There were 4 rounds of interviews. First, a couple with HR, then one with a UX Designer, and finally with the Head of UX. It's a bit tough, but if you're good at what you do, you'll be fine.
- Basic and important questions like, what does design mean to you?
UX Designer
This interview process wasn't good. They seem to interview people just to collect their data and get free assignments done as unpaid work. They keep reposting the same job opening, which seems very suspicious.
- Could you share your professional experience and give us an overview of your portfolio, including completing an assignment?
