The technical interview was pretty thorough, covering a few important areas. First, they asked about projects I'd done, and I had to go into detail about what they were for, how I did them, and what happened. After that, we went deep into deep learning basics and more advanced stuff, especially CNNs. They wanted me to explain how CNNs function, where they're used, and why they matter in AI. The goal was to see if I knew the practical side and the theory behind these key topics.

I had an interview for an AI Intern role at Techolution around July. It started with a recruiter call and then a coding discussion. The interview was over an hour long and focused on my resume and LLM projects. They gave me three coding questions: two dynamic programming and one regular. I had only 10 minutes for one medium DP question. The interviewer said I did well and would be selected, but I heard nothing for weeks. After three weeks, they said hiring was on hold. Three months later, they contacted me again for the same position and I had to redo the interview. This time, there were two DP questions, both solved within the time limit, though they commented on my speed. They liked my generative AI knowledge. Two weeks later, after following up twice, I got a rejection email. The whole process felt like they were messing with me, especially asking me to paste code for verification. They ghosted me for months and didn't provide updates. My advice is to avoid them and they should at least inform candidates of results.

The interview experience was great. The HR team was really helpful, and the entire process went smoothly and without any delays. There were three interview rounds: the first was a communication round, the second was a two-part technical interview, and the third was an HR interview.
