The interview process had 3 rounds. It started with a resume shortlist, followed by a coding round. This coding round involved 3 questions: one for React, one for CSS, and a LeetCode medium question using JavaScript. The interview focused on the MERN tech stack, expecting candidates to know it well.

Fullstack Developer
Got a message from an HR on Linkedin, then a call. Right away they asked me to submit an assessment in Reactjs or Angularjs within 2 days. I submitted it but it wasn't reviewed for 4 days. Then the HR asked some HR questions and confirmed the salary for a fullstack developer role with Reactjs expertise. She then started asking technical questions herself, like she had a list. I answered most of them. She said a tech guy would ask the same questions. A phone call was scheduled with a tech guy but failed due to technical issues. After that, she asked me to share my screen and solve some codility problems of varying difficulty, which I passed. I asked to finish the process within 2 weeks, and she said there were 3 more rounds. I agreed to continue just to see how it would end. The next step was an onsite interview at their office. I was interviewed by a senior developer who asked good questions on HTML and CSS, and gave me a whiteboard problem, but he didn't seem impressed. Later, I realized he was asking questions from a website. When we discussed Advanced CSS and ECMAScript, I felt he didn't understand my answers, even though he claimed 5 years of experience. He ended by saying I wasn't a good fit, which was a relief.
- Can you explain the difference between a library and a framework?
- Can you tell me the difference between a library and a framework?
