After submitting my resume on Handshake, the process was pretty fast. I went through two interviews and got an offer a few months later. Overall, it was a pretty smooth experience.

The interview process started with basic behavioral questions and a resume walkthrough. Then there was a phone screen with both the intern manager and HR to discuss my background and see if I was a good fit. After that, I had an in-house interview with several one-on-one meetings.

I was passed around a lot and got kicked out of two meeting rooms because they were scheduled for other people. The process seemed uncoordinated, and the interviewers were unprepared. In two instances, they didn't even realize the position was open for new candidates.

I sent in my resume and cover letter through a job board and got a call back the same week to set up an in-person interview. I then met with some people from the practice group and HR, and they asked me some basic questions about my resume and some behavioral questions. They were trying to gauge if I could do the different types of work mentioned in the job listing. Right after that interview, I got an email with a sample PPT project to complete within about a week. A week after I sent in the project, I was invited back for a second interview that lasted a few hours. I met with almost everyone from the practice I was applying to. Both interviews were long (3-4 hours each), but the questions were pretty straightforward. Even though it took a week longer than expected to hear back, I eventually got an email asking for a good time to call me about a job offer.
