Graduate Engineer
The interview process has two main parts. First, there's a chat with HR to get to know you, talk about your background, and see if you're a good fit. Then, you come to the office for a more technical part. This includes a group presentation to check how you work with others, communicate, and solve problems. After that, you'll get a psychometric test to take in a few days to see how you think and what your behavior is like.

How do you effectively manage multiple deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks? If you were to join the company, which position or department do you believe would be the best fit for you, and would you be open to working in a different department than the one you initially preferred?
