I applied for the internship position on the Vagas.com website in July 2025 and didn't hear back until September. I completed logical reasoning and English tests and had interviews with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The company is very slow in providing feedback between stages. I filled out a form for HR and never got a response. Given the time elapsed, I imagine it's a rejection, but the company's disregard for candidates is huge. From my perspective as a candidate, the interviews went well. They asked about my experiences and expectations. From a company of this size, the least one expects is an HR department minimally capable of delivering results and responses to candidates.

The company's process is lengthy. I applied one month ago, and I think after a few months, I received an English test and then the interview. The interview was quite fast, online with the area manager.

I went through two internship selection processes. In the first, I participated in a group dynamic in mid-2023 and never got feedback. At the end of 2023, I received an offer for an internship process where I had an interview with the HR of the company Technip hired and progressed to the final phase with the managers. The interview was lukewarm, I didn't feel a connection with them and never received feedback either.
