Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

We start with an initial screening where HR will give you a call or a virtual meeting to go over your resume, talk about your experience, education, and any certifications you have. They'll check your basic understanding of ELV systems and ask about your salary expectations and when you can start. Then, there's a technical interview, either in person or virtual, with a panel. This is where we dive deep into ELV systems like CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA systems, BMS, etc., covering system design, integration, reading shop drawings and schematics, cable knowledge, relevant standards (NFPA, BICSI, BS, NEC), software like AutoCAD or MS Project, and troubleshooting. Sometimes, there might be an optional practical or case study part, which could be a written test or a live problem-solving session, like designing an ELV layout or fixing a schematic. Finally, you'll have a managerial round with the Project Manager or Department Head to discuss your project management experience, how you coordinate with MEP teams, your site execution skills, and your leadership abilities. If all goes well, we move to the offer stage where we finalize salary, sign the contract, and confirm your joining date.

Behavioral Technical

It was a good interview, they were super clear about what the company has to offer and what they expect. The interviewer was friendly, knew their stuff, and was professional. The interview went for about an hour, and they asked the usual stuff about my experience and abilities. Everything they asked tied back to what the company does and what the job involves.
