Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Technicolor.
Human Resources Coordinator
The HR Manager had this list of 8 questions, which I thought was a bit odd. Usually, you'd expect questions about your background, what you're looking for, you know, to get to know the person and their career goals. The interview itself was pretty uncomfortable and just not good. And then, crickets... never heard back. Super unprofessional!
- If an employee disclosed a pregnancy to you, how would you respond?
Human Resources Generalist
Had two interviews with a Human Resources Director and an HR Manager. They were on time, made me feel comfortable right away, no pressure at all, and the recruiters were genuinely interested and listened well.
- Tell me about yourself now.
HR Assistant
A managerial interview to check skills and explain job expectations. A second HR interview to look into the candidate's motivation. This interview was conducted by two recruiters for the position's needs. Sometimes part of the interview is in English, as it's commonly used internally.
- Can you talk about working in an international environment, both internally and externally?
