I got selected during the campus drive in September 2024. After that, there was a 2-month training. Since then, there's been no update or communication about the GET roles, leaving us uncertain about our future. Our college management didn't allow us to interview with other companies after we were selected for Tech Mahindra, and now we have no offers.

It started with an aptitude round, then a coding round, followed by a communication assessment. After all these, there was a technical round which included a self-introduction, a question about preferred programming languages, a project explanation, a coding question, an explanation of OOPS concepts, and finally, a question about any queries the candidate might have, before the final interview.

Then there was a Technical Interview focusing on your specific field, which might involve technical concept problems, coding, or discussing your projects to assess your practical skills. Finally, an HR Interview checked your interpersonal skills, cultural fit, and work experience with behavioral questions to see how you handled past situations and if your values align with the company.
