“The interview process was average, not too hard and not too easy, but I managed to crack it. They prefer English communication, and there's also a background check. The interviewer asked me about myself and what I'd do for my community if I got the social service job.”Candidate-reported process
“So the whole process started with submitting my application and they did a screening of my profile. Then I had an HR screening where they checked my background, experience, and how well I communicate. After that, I had an interview with the operations/manager where we talked about my past work, how I handle teams, manage KPIs, coach people, and solve problems. We also discussed shift timings, what the role involves, and salary. Once I passed those, HR got back to me with feedback and to talk about what's next.”Candidate-reported process
