It was a few rounds with a versant test. It's easy for candidates with BPO experience. It's better to go through consultancy rather than a direct interview here. For direct interviews, you have to wait in line for hours.

The interview process had three rounds: first an Aptitude and Coding round, then a Technical Interview, and finally an HR Interview. All of these were done online. The first round checked problem-solving skills and coding ability. The second round went deep into programming knowledge and related tech. The last round looked at how well you communicate and if you fit the company culture. It was pretty easy to get through if you prepared enough.
